These eligible individuals and entities must have made these purchases between December 22, 2011, and August 21, 2023, to qualify for participation in the settlement.

How Much Money Can I Get? 


The settlement involves Indivior contributing $30 million to a Settlement Fund, which will be allocated for various purposes, including making payments to End Payor Class members who submit valid claim forms.
