What is the Knix Wear Class Action About?
The Knix Wear Class Action alleges that Knix Wear Inc., relying on independent testing, made misrepresentations and/or omissions in its marketing materials and elsewhere regarding these products. The primary claim is that Knix misrepresented that its products were 100% free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), fluorine, and toxic chemicals. The lawsuit alleges that certain samples of select products contained detectable amounts of PFAS, as revealed through more sensitive testing methods with lower detection limits than those used by Knix's independent third-party testing labs. How Much Money Can I Get?

The exact amount of the payout will depend on various factors and the number of valid claims submitted.
