What is the Hino Truck Class Action About?

The Hino Trucks Class Action alleges that Hino Motors Ltd., Hino Motors Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc., and Hino Motors Sales U.S.A., Inc. (collectively referred to as "Defendants" or "Hino") misrepresented the emission levels in certain Hino trucks, which were found to exceed regulatory limits.
