What is the CallCore Media Class Action About?

The CallCore Media Class Action alleges that CallCore Media, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Texas Business and Commerce Code by placing prerecorded voice or artificial voice calls without obtaining prior express written consent from the recipients. The lawsuit also claims that CallCore did not have the required certificate from the State of Texas to make such calls to persons with Texas area codes. CallCore denies these allegations.
