What is the AMC+ Class Action About? 


The AMC+ Class Action alleges that AMC Networks, Inc. (“AMC”) disclosed personally identifiable information of registered users of AMC Services (including AMC+, Shudder, Acorn TV, ALLBLK, SundanceNow, and HIDIVE) to Third-Party Tracking Companies without their consent, violating the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA).

Individuals residing in the United States who were registered users of AMC Services and requested or obtained video content on at least one of the specified services between January 18, 2021, and January 10, 2024, are eligible.

NA - you must have been a registered user of AMC Services and requested or obtained video content during the claim period. 

How Much Money Can I Get? 


Eligible individuals will receive a pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund after deductions for fees, expenses, and other costs. Additionally, all Settlement Class Members whose claims are submitted and approved will receive a one-week digital subscription to the AMC+ streaming service.


How Can I File a Claim?
