What is the One World Class Action? 

The One World Observatory class action alleges that Legends OWO, LLC failed to properly disclose a processing fee for electronic tickets to its One World Observatory prior to those tickets being selected for purchase, in violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4).

Who is eligible to get a payout in this class action?

Individuals in the United States who purchased electronic tickets to One World Observatory between August 29, 2022, and November 6, 2024, and paid a fee in connection with such purchase are eligible.


Is proof (or proof of purchase) required?

To submit a claim, you will need the Unique ID and PIN provided in the settlement notice sent via email. If you did not receive or have misplaced this notice, you can contact the Settlement Administrator for assistance.


How much money can I get?

Eligible claimants will receive a pro rata share of the $975,000 settlement fund, based on the total amount of fees they paid. The exact amount per claimant will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.
